Sommer Pro+ 2110 1.25HP Direct Drive Garage Door Operator

The Sommer Pro+ 2100 Operator from Garage Door Supply Co is a versatile garage door opener for doors weighing up to 1,500 pounds. Sommer Pro+ operators use a direct drive design with a traveling motor that glides silently on a fixed chain. Direct Drive operator technology maximizes strength while minimizing moving parts and operator noise/vibration. The Pro+ 2100 has an 1100 Newton or 1.25 HP equivalent motor that moves up to 7” per second. This Sommer Operator uses a flexible separate control housing that can be installed virtually anywhere in the garage within 16’ of the operator rail (front, rear, or ceiling). Pro+ models are ideal for installations with limited backroom or for retrofitting buildings not wired for a garage door operator ahead of time (Operator controls required to be a minimum of 5’ from a moving door for safety)
