Shipping costs are based on weight, method, and destination zone. All shipping costs are quoted on our online order form prior to completing your order. Standard shipping is both UPS and US-Mail. For items weighing 1 oz to 1 lbs Standard Shipping will be First Class Mail. For items 1 lbs to 4 lbs. Standard shipping is Priority Mail or UPS. For items weighing more than 4 lbs. UPS is generally used to ship your orders. We try and provide our customers with the most cost effective way to get your orders to you with the fastest delivery time possible. Orders are generally processed through our secure merchant processor system every hour, so we may be unable to cancel your order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped please refer to our return policy below.
All items on our website are brand new. If the item you purchased from us fails in the first 90 days, you may send the item back to us and we will replace it at no charge.
You must have a RMA number (return merchandise authorization) from us to receive a refund. Please select the Returns reason on the Contact form to submit your return request.
Purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery.
All returned orders are assessed a 10% return fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Items returned incomplete are subject to additional fees to replace or repack components
